1. About Four Pebbles

Four Pebbles is a yoga and sound therapy studio located in Central New Jersey. We offer yoga classes, sound therapy, meditation, workshops, retreats, and community events. Our Platform lets you to browse our schedule, create an account, book classes, and purchase memberships and class packs.

2. Your Account

2.1 Creating an Account

To book classes or purchase memberships, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Notify us promptly at hello@fourpebblesyoga.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are between the ages of 13 and 17.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under the age of 13 has created an account, contact us at privacy@fourpebblesyoga.com.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Four Pebbles is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

2.3 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a way that is harmful to our community or staff.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

3.1 Class Bookings

Classes may be booked through the Platform, subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information you authorize Four Pebbles to charge the applicable fees. Four Pebbles does not store your full payment card details.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Classes: Please cancel at least 1 hour before your scheduled class to allow others to fill your spot. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Forfeiture of the class credit used to book
• A late cancellation fee, where applicable

Workshops, Retreats, and other Special Events: Please cancel at least 48 hours before any workshops, retreats, or other special events to allow others to fill your spot. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Forfeiture of the fee made to reserve the booking
• A late cancellation fee, where applicable

If a class, workshop, retreat, or special event has specific cancellation terms outside of our regular cancellation policy, they will be posted in the class, workshop, retreat, or special event description.

3.4 Refund Policy

• Single class bookings are refundable if cancelled within the cancellation window; otherwise, the class credit/booking fee may be forfeited.
• Class packs are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.
• Memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
• Workshops, Retreats, and Special Events are refundable if cancelled within the cancellation window, unless otherwise specified in the description; otherwise, the booking fee may be forfeited.
• If a class is cancelled by Four Pebbles, you will receive a full class credit or refund.

4. Memberships & Class Packs

4.1 Memberships

Monthly memberships automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled. To cancel your membership:

• Cancel through your account settings on the Platform, or
• Contact us at hello@fourpebblesyoga.com at least 7 days before your next renewal date.

Membership benefits are for your personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.

4.2 Class Packs

Class packs expire 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Upon expiration, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable. Extensions may be granted at Four Pebbles' discretion for documented medical reasons.

4.3 Price Changes

Four Pebbles reserves the right to change the pricing of memberships and class packs. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase to active members via email.

5. Health, Safety & Liability

5.1 Health Disclaimer

Yoga, movement, and sound therapy involve physical activity. By participating in any Four Pebbles class or event, you represent that:

• You are in adequate physical health to participate.
• You have consulted with a physician if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
• You will inform your instructor of any relevant health concerns before class.

Four Pebbles instructors are not licensed medical professionals. Nothing provided through our Platform or classes constitutes medical advice.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in classes and events, including the risk of injury, illness, or loss of property. By participating in any programming offered by Four Pebbles, you agree that Four Pebbles, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

5.3 Separate Waiver

Prior to participating in your first class, you may be required to sign a separate liability waiver. That waiver is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Reviews & Testimonials

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, testimonials, or feedback through the Platform. By submitting content, you:

• Represent that it is truthful, accurate, and based on your genuine experience.
• Grant Four Pebbles a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce your content in marketing materials, social media, and other communications.
• Understand that Four Pebbles may edit content for length or clarity, or remove content that is false, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you submit. We will not use your name or likeness in advertising without your consent.

6.2 Community Standards

All content submitted to the Platform must be respectful, courteous, and constructive. You may not submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or defamatory.
• Harasses, threatens, or demeans any individual.
• Violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains spam, promotional material, or malware.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Book classes with no intent to attend, or resell class credits or memberships.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to access areas of the Platform you are not authorized to use.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Engage in conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform or other users.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm Four Pebbles staff, instructors, or community members.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including text, images, logos, class descriptions, and brand materials) is owned by or licensed to Four Pebbles and protected in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Agreement.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to Wellyx for scheduling and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Four Pebbles is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

11. Modifications to Terms

Four Pebbles reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, Four Pebbles will:

• Post the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date.
• Notify active account holders by email of any material changes.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact us at hello@fourpebblesyoga.com. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms. Upon termination, any unused class credits that are non-refundable under these Terms will be forfeited.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Four Pebbles makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, Four Pebbles and its owners, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or participation in our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Four Pebbles in the 90 days prior to the claim.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes occurring under these Terms must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
