Our Classes

Wondering which class to take? We've aligned our classes with pebbles to help you identify which class might be right for you on any given day. We know that sometimes you need more of a challenge and other times you need something more restful, and we never want you to guess which class will be the right fit.

All Levels Flow

A dynamic practice open to everyone, wherever you are in your yoga life. Expect steady movement, breath-linked sequences, and modifications offered along the way. A good place to return to again and again.

Intermediate Flow

For practitioners who are comfortable with the basics and ready to go a little deeper. This class explores longer sequences, standing balances, and more complex transitions with the assumption that you know how to listen to your body.

Advanced Flow

A challenging, full-body practice for experienced yogis looking to refine, deepen, and push their edge. Arm balances, inversions, and advanced sequencing, alongside reminders that the practice is never about the pose.

Slow Flow

Movement at a more thoughtful pace. Each pose is held a little longer, each transition a little more intentional. A good class for days when you want to move and breathe, but also need room to land.

Gentle Flow

Soft, accessible movement for all bodies and all seasons. This class asks nothing strenuous of you, just steady breath, quiet attention, and a willingness to be present. Ideal for beginners, sensitive days, or anyone who simply needs to be gentle with themselves.

Strength & Tone

A functional strength class that uses bodyweight and resistance to build muscle, improve posture, and create the kind of strength that supports you in everyday life. More workout, same welcoming space.

Flow Foundations

New to yoga, or returning after a break? This is your starting point. We slow down the poses, explain the why behind the how, and build a foundation you can carry into any class. No experience needed, just curiosity.

Sound Bath

Lie down. Let the sound do the work. Singing bowls, resonant tones, and the quiet between them create a space where the nervous system settles and the mind clears. You don't have to do anything — just receive.

Yin

Long, passive holds targeting the connective tissue in the hips, spine, and shoulders. Props are your friends here. The practice is quiet, the pace is slow, and the stillness can surprise you. Yin works on the places that everyday movement doesn't reach.

The Four Pebbles Sit

Four Pebbles takes its name from a meditation practice taught by Thich Nhat Hanh, and once a month, we practice it together.

You hold four small stones, one at a time, and breathe. Flower. Mountain. Still water. Space. Each pebble calls you back to a quality you already carry: freshness, solidity, clarity, freedom. The practice doesn't ask you to find anything new. It just asks you to be still enough to remember what's already there.

This session includes guided breath meditation, the four pebbles practice, walking meditation, and time for quiet reflection. It draws on the Plum Village tradition and is open to people of all backgrounds and no background at all.

A grounding way to mark the month. Come once or make it a ritual.
